1 pound of lean ground beef
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic minced
2 medium potatoes peeled and diced
3 ½ cups beef broth
1 onion diced
28 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cups mixed of vegetables fresh or frozen
1 bay leaf
pepper and salt (to taste)
Instructions
Brown onion, ground beef and garlic until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
Then add potatoes, broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning then bay leaves.
Then simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Stir in vegetables. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
