  • 2 chicken breasts, remove all bones and skin.
  • 1 medium bag.Of 12-oz Of stir-fry vegetables.
  • 3 C.Of cooked brown rice.
  • 3/4 C.Of low-sodium soy sauce.
  • 1/2 C.Of water.
  • 1/4 C.Of brown sugar.
  • 2 Tbsp.Of cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp.Of water.
  • 1/2 Tsp.Of ground ginger.
  • 1/2 Tsp.Of minced garlic.

I set my oven temperature to 350° Fahrenheit, and I covered a 9″.13″ non-stick baking pan with non-stick mist.

I combined the soy sauce, with water, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan and steam it over medium-high heat.

I switched the stove on medium fire. When heating, I removed the lid and cooked for one minute.

In addition, I mixed the cornstarch and water in another small dish until smooth.

Once the liquid was boiling, I transferred the contents to the saucepan and mixed them by stirring.

I drizzled in the remaining sauce and served it.

I mixed all together in the casserole dish once mixed. Return to the oven and simmer for 15 minutes.
