Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of guacamole
- 1 cup of sliced onions
- 4-8 flour tortillas (9-inch diameter)
- 1/2 cup of salsa
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 pound top sirloin, sliced into 1-ounce strips
- 1 cup of sliced red and yellow bell peppers
Marinade:
- 1/4 cup of tequila
- 1 tablespoon of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
First, in a shallow glass baking dish, combine marinade ingredients then mix well.
Cover your steak strips with marinade, and turn to coat evenly. Then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
