Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza:


  • 2 packages of crescent rolls
  • 1 package of cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1 envelope of country gravy mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz shredded pepper Jack cheese


First, heat the oven to 375. And separate crescent dough into 16 triangles then places it on a greased, round pizza pan with points toward the center.

Then press onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan to form a crust; seal the seams. And after you do that, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

During this time, prepare gravy according to package directions in a medium saucepan. Then stir sausage crumbles into thickened gravy; and set aside.

Next in a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, milk, then pepper. And in a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat.

And add egg mixture; cook then stir until almost set. Then spread the sausage gravy mixture over the crust. And top with eggs and cheese.

Then bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are set. And cut into wedges.
