How to make Pineapple Juice Cake?

To make this recipe pineapple juice bundt cake, you'll need the following ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) box of yellow or butter cake mix (I prefer Betty Crocker or Pillsbury)

For the glaze:

  • 3/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter

Instructions

The Instructions for this recipe pineapple juice bundt cake are simple! And all you need to do is follow these directions then you can absolutely make this cake!

Start by heating the oven to 325°F, then grease and flour a 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan.

And using an electric mixer combine the cake mix, pineapple juice, vegetable oil, then eggs in a large bowl. And Beat for about 3 minutes. Then pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Next, bake for 31 to 36 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean then the cake is just starting to pull away from the sides.  And allow the cake to start to cool in the pan while you make the glaze.

And in a small saucepan, combine the powdered sugar, butter, and pineapple juice. And cook over medium-low heat until the butter has melted, and stirring frequently. 
 
After that, use a skewer or toothpick to poke holes in the cake. And pour the warm glaze over the cake while it is still in the cake pan.

And it's going to seem like a lot of glazes, but just keep pouring. And allow to cool for 16 to 21 more minutes, or until the cake is cool then most of the glaze has been absorbed, and invert the cake onto a serving platter.
