To make this Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake you'll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of graham crackers.
  • 3 Tbsp of white sugar.
  • 5 Tbsp of melted butter.
  • 2 Tbsp of brown sugar.
  • 7 maraschino of cherries, chopped.
  • 2 Cans of the pineapple slices, for me I used the 8-ounces cans.
  • For smooth cream cheese, for me, I used 3 tubs of 8 ounces.
  • 3/4 Cup of bitter cream.
  • 2 Tsp of vanilla extract.
  • 3/4 Cup of white sugar.
  • three whole eggs.

Instructions

Follow these directions to prepare this easy pineapple upside down cheesecake:

First of all, you need to heat the oven to 326 degrees Fahrenheit (166 degrees Celsius).

And in a 9-inch pie pan, combine 2 tablespoons of butter then brown sugar until well combined; and spread the mixture gently to cover the bottom of the pan.

After that place pineapple slices on top of the ice cream. And using a cherry, then place one in the center of each piece of bread.

And in a small mixing dish, combine the graham crackers, three teaspoons white sugar, then three tablespoons butter; thoroughly combine. Pineapple slices that have been squeezed.

Then in a mixing basin, start by whisking together the cream cheese then three-quarter cup white sugar until well combined. And add the bitter cream then the vanilla essence then mix well. And make sure to thoroughly mix everything.

And add the eggs one at a time, then mix at low speed after each addition until everything is well combined, then now you need to pour your batter into the cake mold.

Then bake in the preheated oven until the center is almost done, for 54 minutes to an hour.

Then remove the cake from the pan, and run a knife down the interior edge of the pan. And allow it to cool fully, for 31 minutes.

And remove the pan from the oven then turn it over onto a serving dish, and of course, put it in the refrigerator for at least three hours before serving. Enjoy!
