GLAZE.
Makes 150g (½ cup)

Ingredients:
If you’re going to go the glaze route, feel free to co-author this recipe: substitute in, say, coffee or chocolate milk in place of milk to give the glaze more individuality!
- 120g confectioners’ sugar 1 cup
- 30g milk 2 T
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth. Set aside until ready to use.
