Chocolate Babka Filling Recipe: Makes 250g (1 cup)

Ingredients: 

• 128g semisweet chocolate,¾ cup chopped
• 42g unsalted butters 3 T
• 60g honey 3 T
• 6g cocoa powder 1 T
• 1g kosher salt ¼ tsp

Instructions:

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave in 30-second spurts, stirring after each, until smooth. 

Stir in the honey, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until smooth. Set aside until cooled to room temperature and thickened.
