Cookie Shake with Cookie Scoop
Listen, I’m not claiming to have invented milkshakes, but I am saying that I’ve made quite a few in my day and this formula never fails that cookie sidecar slays every time.
I grew up in a waste-not-want-not household, and there was no use crying over broken cookies. Save your scraps and not-so-pretty pieces for shake o’clock.
Ingredients:
3 cookies
2 scoops ice cream
1 long squeeze of flavored syrup or a spoonful of jam
Splash of milk (optional, depending on how thick you like your shake)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine 2 of the cookies, the ice cream, and syrup or jam and mix on medium for 15 seconds or until smooth.
Add milk if you want a thinner shake.
Serve in a tall glass with the final cookie on the side as a vehicle to dunk, scoop, and soak up all the shakey goodness.
