  • 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of softened cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup of light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C) then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
