How to Make Spaghetti Salad

To make this Easy California Spaghetti Salad you'll need the following ingredients:


California Spaghetti Salad Ingredients

  • 1 pack. (375g) of Catelli Bistro Tricolor Rotini
  • 1 cup (250 mL) of chopped cucumber
  • 8 oz (250g) of surimi-type crabmeat, shredded
  • 1 C. (15 mL) of chopped pickled ginger
  • 2 tbsp. 1/2 tsp (10 mL) of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 C. (5 ml) of sesame oil
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil

  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 nori sheet, toasted and coarsely chopped

Instructions For California Spaghetti Salad

Start by cooking pasta according to the instructions on the package. Then drain and rinse with cold water; set aside in a large bowl. And add surimi, cucumber, and green onion; and stir into pasta.

Next, whisk the canola oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Then gently pour dressing over pasta salad then toss to coat.

Then transfer to a large serving platter. And garnish with avocado then grilled nori before serving. ENJOY !!
