How To Make Goulash
Brown 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef with a 12 oz bag of frozen chopped onion seasoned with salt and pepper
Drain and dump into a large roasting pan with 2 (16 oz) bags of frozen whole kernel corn, 1 lb of cooked elbow macaroni, 1 (24 oz) jar of meat-flavored Prego Sauce, 1 cup of ketchup and 1 lb of diced Velveeta. Mix and salt and pepper to taste. 1
Top with an 8 oz bag of shredded four-cheese Mexican blend. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes! Plate it, give it a stir to make it creamy, and dig in! Can also make in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
