And this recipe of seafood boil contains fresh shrimp, potatoes, lobster, corn and sausage, crab, clams,... everything of that is boiled in a flavorful broth.

My Sweet Family And I Love This Recipe For Seafood Foil Packs. I Used Sea Scallops, Jumbo Shrimp And Sweet Italian Sausage, New Potatoes, And Corn On The Cobb. I Will Do This Again.

HOW DO YOU MAKE A SEAFOOD BOIL?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 pieces of lemons divided use
  • 1 pound crab legs pre-cooked
  • 1 pound smoked sausage cut into 1 inch pieces, kielbasa or andouille are preferred
  • 1 onion peeled, and cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined (leave tails on)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 4 ears corn on the cob cut into 3-4 inch pieces
  • 3 lobster tails
  • 1 pound clams scrubbed
  • 1/2 cup of Old Bay seasoning, plus more for garnish
  • 8 cloves of garlic smashed
  • 1 pound small Yukon gold potatoes halved

INSTRUCTIONS

first, cut 2 of the lemons into quarters. And slice the remaining lemon into wedges, and don't forget to reserve the wedges for garnish.

After that fill a large pot with 14-16 cups of water. 

And place the 2 quartered lemons in the water along with the Old Bay seasoning,  onion, and garlic. Bring to a boil.

Add to the pot the potatoes and cook for 8 or 9 minutes. Then add the lobster tails and cook for 5 or 6 minutes.

And add the corn, clams, and crab, and cook them for 6 minutes.

Add the sausage and the shrimp, and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

After that Drain the seafood mixture from the pot, and reserve 1 cup of the broth.

In a small bowl melt the butter and whisk it into the reserved broth. And pour the broth over the seafood mixture.

Garnish the seafood boil recipe with lemon wedges and chopped parsley... And sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning to taste, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
