How To Make Chocolate-Covered Peanut Topping

Ingredients:
- 70g salted roasted peanuts ½ cup
- 80g milk chocolate chips ½ cup
- 2g flaky salt 1 tsp
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 350°F. Line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Spread out the peanuts on the prepared sheet pan and retoast at 350°F until fragrant, about 10 minutes. (We like these extra toasty!) Let cool.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second spurts, stirring after each, until smooth.
Stir the toasted peanuts and flaky salt into the milk chocolate. Use immediately.
