How To Make Slow-Cooker Cheesy Ravioli Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb. of ground hamburger or sausage browned
1 pkg. 25 oz. of frozen ravioli
1 25-28 oz. jar of spaghetti sauce
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 14.5 oz. of can Italian-style diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp. of Italian seasoning
Pepper and salt to taste
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
Instructions
Brown the hamburger over medium heat in a medium-sized skillet...
Add the onion, garlic, and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
On the bottom of 5 to 6 qt. slow cooker, place 1 cup of sauce
Add half of the frozen ravioli, and half the remainder of the sauce, and then repeat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Then, cook the ravioli on low for 4 hours, or until are tender.
