Fish with Zucchini

Cooking recipe: Fish with Zucchini

Healthy fish can be prepared quickly and easily, it will take a little more than an hour to prepare a full meal.

To prepare six servings of a delicious dish, we prepare the following ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini;
  • 800 grams of fish;
  • 6 art. spoons of ketchup;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 150 ml of fish broth;
  • 50 grams of hard cheese;
  • fresh dill and parsley;
  • salt, ground black pepper, seasoning for fish;
  • sunflower oil. 

For cooking, you can use hake or any other sea variety. To prepare the broth, we use the bones and trimmings of fish. You can use water instead. You will also need flour for breading. 

Instructions Step by step cooking fish with zucchini

We clean the fish, cut it into pieces, and get rid of the bones. Salt the fillet, pepper, and add seasoning. We heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the fish in flour breading.

My zucchini is cut into longitudinal slices 5 mm thick. Put on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Vegetables should be laid out in one layer. We send it to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Do not wait until the zucchini is completely baked, they should become soft. 

We put ketchup on the slices, sprinkle them with chopped garlic, put a piece of fish, and twist it into the form of a roll. We pierce them with a toothpick so that they do not fall apart, and put them on a baking sheet. Fill with broth, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for half an hour.

When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
