  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of softened butter
  • 1c powdered sugar
  • half a cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 c finely chopped pecans

Follow these directions to prepare easy keto pecan cookies:

First, prepare the oven and preheat it to one hundred and seventy-five degrees C or 349 degrees F.

And add powdered sugar, and then butter to the bowl of a stand mixer. And beat until creamy.

Then add flour, pecans, salt and vanilla. And Beat until well blended. Forming small balls with the mixture.

After this line the baking sheet with paper. Then arrange the balls on organized baking sheets. And make sure to walk away from every ball. 

And place them in the preheated oven then bake for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.

After this remove the cookies from the oven then let them cool completely to room temperature. After that, add the powdered sugar to a mixing bowl.

And add the cookies in batches, And toss until well coated.  Serve and Enjoy!
