How To Make Starbucks Lemon Loaf Recipe?


  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon (p) soda bread
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (s) butter. Loosened.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon extract
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup oil

Lemon Icing Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar; Plus 1 tbsp.
  • 2 tablespoons (m) whole milk; I used 2%.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract


Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Use a blender to mix eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract, and lemon juice together in a medium bowl.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients also blend until sleek.

Adding oil & mix well.

Pour batter into a well-greased 9 * 5-inch loaf pan.

Baking at 350 degrees for 45 minutes 

Make lemonade by mixing all topping ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer at a low pace.

When the loaf has cooled, take it out of the skillet also stick it to the top with ice.

Allow frosting before cutting. Enjoy!
