Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Butter
  • 2/3 cup of White sugar
  • Egg: 2
  • 1 cup of  Buttermilk
  • 1/2 small spoon of Baking soda
  • 1 cup of Cornmeal
  • 1 cup of Flour: 
  • 1/2 small spoon of Salt

Instructions:

To begin with, set the temperature of the oven to 374 degrees then grease a pan.

Next, pick a large skillet and melt it in the butter. And afterward, remove then add sugar. And immediately add eggs, beating until well mixed.

You’ll want to blend together buttermilk with baking soda, stirring the mixture in a pan. And please row in cornmeal/flour/ /salt until well blended.

And when finished, pour the batter into the prepared pan. Okay now, make sure to bake in the preheated oven for about 42 minutes.
