To make this Easy Chicken Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe you'll need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast halves: 3
- Vegetable oil: 1 teaspoon
- Green cabbage: 3 cups (shredded)
- Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
- Ground ginger: 1⁄2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder: 1⁄4 teaspoon
- Water: 1⁄2 cup
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon (low sodium)
Instructions:
Start with chicken breasts should be cut into strips.
And in a frying pan, heat oil.
You'll want to add chicken strips. Then please stir fry over medium-high heat, constantly turning until done.
Immediately add cabbage and sauté until cabbage is crisp-tender, it takes around 2 minutes.
